Refund policy

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:

For hygiene and safety reasons any returned cosmetic items are disposed of.  We ask that you there for bear this in mind when making an initial purchase, if unsure on a foundation match please opt for a sample pack or two in the first instance.  Exchanges are offered for damaged items (all items are inspected prior to dispatch), faults or incorrect product dispatches.  Refunds are offered only in required circumstance.  We are called Naturally You Cosmetics for many reasons and one is that we do our best to reduce our human impact on the environment, this includes limiting product wastage.  We are confident that you and your skin will love your Naturally You Cosmetics products. 

Return Policy/Exchange

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us at hello@naturallyyoucosmetics.com.au us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue on a case by case scenario and move from there to make it right.  Please note that Exchanges are not offered for incorrect colour matches, please consider a sample pack or two in the first instance.  To be eligible for a Exchange and start the process please:

  • Email us with your concern or our error within 14 days of purchase.
  • Packaging must be un opened and in the condition it was received.
  • If damage has occurred in transit (though rare) please take a photo and attach to your email.
  • If incorrect product has been dispatched please take a photo and attach to your email of the unopened product you have received including the shade.
  • After email discussion if a return is required then:
                               - we will send return address details.
                               - re highly recommend tracking you parcel as we do not take responsibility                                  of any lost parcels, for the stock or for postal charges.

Please note that sometimes correct application of a premium product is the key to your satisfaction!

e.g. it's easy to use too much, which will mean there is product moving around the skin, making it feel slippery and it not staying in the place you've intended OR worse creeping into fine lines or wrinkles.  About a pea size of the Foundation, BB Cream or Primer is sufficient any more in a first layer will create problems.  The coverage you desire will affect the tool you use:  Fingers for a very light coverage (though can messy) or a Liquid Foundation Brush with just a pea size of product for a less messy yet light coverage, if building to a more full coverage wait just 30-60sec (usually enough time for another dot of foundation or BB on the back of your hand) then apply a 2nd light layer in a patting motion to allow layers to stay in place rather than move about.  Of course to the more seasoned cosmetic users there are many many other tool options out there on the market, this is just one example ;-)
